What is return policy?
We cannot accept returns on fragrances, lotions, raw shea butter, body products, etc., this is normal industry practice. Due to the personal nature of our products we do not do any exchanges, refunds, or returns. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If there was an error in your online order you have 30 DAYS from the day you received your purchase to contact Inspirational Treasures regarding your order’s error. Any missing or damaged products WILL NOT be replaced and or credited after the 30 days have expired. Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all orders regarding Customer Service attention. Sareasnaturals.com is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate (i.e. Body Butters, Shea Body Scrubs, Soaps, Solid Moisturizers etc.) and as such will not be replaced by SareasNaturals or Inspirational Treasures.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed through the system you will receive an email from us with a tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your order's delivery. If your order was placed on Friday please allow 2 to 3 days for your confirmation email to be sent out as shipments are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
